Refund policy

Deposit payment non-refundable: 30 KD (in case of client's cancellation/being late to the appointment) - The remaining amount will be paid upon entering the studio.
The client's booking will be canceled if they are late for more than 10 minutes. WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT CLIENTS WHO ARE LATE AFTER THE 10 MINUTE MARK.
We can refund the deposit if the client cancels before 48 hours of the selected appointment date. Any time after 48 hours is non-refundable.
Upon payment, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms & conditions are made for full client satisfaction, and are non-negotiable.

The customer is liable to any, and all percentages and expenses paid to the payment gateway company and banks for each transaction upon cancelling their appointment. Beauty By Zain will not be liable to reimburse these expenses.

تُلغى جلسة العميل إذا تأخر أكثر من ١٠ دقايق. نحن لا نقبل بشكل صارم العملاء الذين يتأخرون بعد مرور 10 دقائق

يمكن للعميل استرداد مقدم الدفع إذا ألغى العميل الموعد قبل ٤٨ ساعة من تاريخ الموعد المحدد

يوجد مصاريف تدفع لشركة التحصيل والبنوك عن كل عملية عن طريق تلك الشركات وهي النسبة التي يتحملها العميل عند الغاء المواعيد وتعتبر افلاس من المجموع الكلي. ولن تكون شركة بيوتي باي زين مسؤولة عن تعويض هذه النفقات.

تم وضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لتحقيق الرضا الكامل للعميل، وهي غير قابلة للتفاوض
